This is a highlight of the major phases involved in our product implementation. There are fundamental procedures that must be adhered to by Soft-IT Consultants and the client for the successful software implementation.

Scope of Project Implementation
In this instance, this refers to all project activities involved from the Preparatory phase, activities throughout the project, and those at the closure of the implementation.
This determines the outcome of the entire Project and requires the full commitment of the Client.

| |
 |
Project activities commence seven days after receipt of payment. |
 |
The duration of project preparation activities and the project is determined. |
 |
The client is required to nominate a Project Manager to oversee the whole |
| |
project implementation process. |
 |
The “First Meeting” between Soft-IT and the client takes place after payment |
| |
is received. At this meeting issues and documents relevant to the project are discussed and mutually agreed upon. |
 |
Soft and hard copies of a Contract and Project Charter (including detailed |
| |
technical aspects of the project) are sent to the client for perusal prior to the First Meeting. The client then gives feedback on proposed project schedules prior to the First Meeting to allow timely amendments, if any. |

The first meeting date should not exceed a period of 14 days after payment |
| |
has been received. |
 |
Any possible amendments relating to previously sent documents are |
| |
discussed in the First Meeting. |
 |
The client and Soft-IT Project Teams will sign a Certificate of System |
| |
Handover once the project has been completed. |

Services Offered during Project Implementation
Essential |
| |
 |
Soft-IT installs the software on one Server and two workstations. |
 |
Soft-IT provides the framework for the Data Collection. |
| |
Optional
Should the client require further assistance, the following and other services may be offered at additional cost to the Client and are therefore optional: |

Installation of the software on additional computers. |
 |
Setting up a LAN (Local Area Network) or WAN (Wide Area Network). |
| |
Project Delays and Changes
Additional charge may be applicable for implementation activities exceeding the scheduled periods in relation to the Project Plan.
Delays during the project implementation may occur. In such instances it is recommended that an official notification to either party by the Project Manager of either The Client or Soft-IT must be made at least three (3) days prior to the due date of the projected exercise.
The Client is urged to abide by the Project Time frames set. Soft-IT will endeavour to maintain the set time frames in order to provide quality service to the Client.
