Upon receipt of an official order and proof of payment from a Client, Soft-IT will issue a license and installation disk.

Soft-IT Consultants International, the Licensor, grants the Client, a perpetual, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Software on signing of a Software License Agreement.

Clients can select a convenient option from its flexible Licensing payment schemes. The three available options are the annual, bi-annual or a quarterly payment scheme.

The Software Product is licensed (not sold) to clients, and Soft-IT Consultants International owns all copyright, trade secret, patent, and other proprietary rights of the Software Product.

Soft-IT reserves the right to alter, maintain, enhance or otherwise modify the Software. Clients shall not disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the Software’s computer program.
