The Soft-IT technical team always maintains very close contact with the users of its software packages. We offer committed assistance to ensure successful usage of applications.
General support fees are detailed in the software license agreements as are special support arrangements.
Support Contract
This contract is designed for clients that want a peace of mind from operational handicaps. The contract guarantees the client priority response in the event of faults plus free updates on any changes on the system. The cost is all inclusive and covers the client for their specified period of time such as a quarter, six months or annual.
The contract also includes a Disaster recovery plan should the client need one.
Email Support
Clients send email request to support@soft-it.biz which are routed to our help desk, who will respond to the Client’s fault via email.
Telephone Support
By calling our hotline + 263 9 882510 / 882511, the Client will be assisted by our team of professional and friendly consultants over the phone.
Train the Trainer
Under this option the Client sends their staff member to Soft-IT for in-depth technical training on our product. The trainee will then be equipped to return to their company and be able to provide a first level support the Client.
Drive/Walk-in Support
When the client reports a fault or issue, it is logged into our Help Desk system. The fault is then assigned to a Technician who undertakes to quickly assist the client at their location. A Job Card is raised after the fault has been resolved and the Client is subsequently billed.

For minor faults, clients can now easily access information that will help them quickly troubleshoot issues on their own by visiting the Frequently Asked Questions page.
